Free Hike and Sound Bath (meditation with natural instruments) at the Lyman Staging Area & Trailhead in San Dimas, CA
There are two main parking lots, go to the one that the link above takes you to, which is called Lyman Staging Area & Trailhead.
10:30-12:00 Hike on your own or join a group
12:00-1:00 PM Sound bath; listen to instruments play with the sound of nature as your soothe your soul with Mother Earth’s love.
Bring a mat or blanket, maybe a pillow and anything to be comfortable! Tuesday’s (April 22) weather should be in the mid 70s. However, we’ll be in the shade, be sure to bring warm clothing.
